can't get pokertracker 3 to auto import.

not showing any stats on any player either

That suggests that your database is invalid - did you create a new one like kraada suggested, and set it to be Default and Active?

Please restart PT3 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file in C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\ - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that is in that folder. That will help us figure out where to go from here.

what u mean log in ? mine is mac version

Then you can enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging, restart PT3 and follow the rest of the instructions. The log file is found on the Mac in ~/Documents/PokerTracker.

Am on a Mac and getting the same message "unable to begin feeder import process: Reason: Unsupported database type.

Am keen to upgrade to PT4 but want to get this resolved first so any help gratefully received

Can you create a new database via Database -> Database Management?
