hud stats not comming up

Ok, stats show up on 1 of the 3 tables I am playing. Could this be because I have a huge database?

Please try Beta 15 which should be out later tonight and see if you're still having these issues.

i´m using the new version (beta 15) and the displying issues are still given
only the pt3 sign appears on the top of the tables. no stats and of course no popups apperas at the tables (playing on full tilt).
so you should soon be able to solve this problem....

How many tables do you have open? Try with just one to start with and build up.
What O/S do you have?
Do you have a lot of other stuff running on your computer?

i have done everything the beta release note tells.
i´m running windows vista SP1.
there is no other stuff running beside PT3 and the pokerroom.

i triede to accumulate the tables but i don´t get stats at any combination of open tables. (also not on one table). only the PT sign appears.
normally i´m playing between 4 and 6 tables.

sidenote: with the new update the PT3 often crashes and is much slower instead of faster by refreshing the stats. if you try to restart hud it crashes very often, after klicking refresh it crashes about 50% of the time. setting filters takes a big amount of time.
the database itself is not really big (i didnt import the pt2 stats).
i wrote a ticket yesterday but got no answer until now...

you got the poker room configured to write hand-histories and PT set up to read them? auto-import on? any hands importing?

I'm having the exact same problem. Using Beta 15 with Vista and stats are not coming up although there is the table stats in upper right hand corner. My hand histories are importing. Any solutions?

For sake good order, this is happening on both FTP and Poker Stars so it is not site dependent. All the stats show up in Poker tracker, just the hud does not display player stats, only the table stats in the top corner. Any help would be appreciated.

So you have the PT-icon on the table, and the table averages?
Do you have a table averages group set up?
Maybe you have broken the layout somehow?
(with PT3 closed) Try renaming the file c:\program files\pokertracker 3\data\layouts.pt3
so that the default layout is recreated.
