I'm not sure but nobody else has reported discrepancies that are that large - could you attach the hands from the sessions in question to a support ticket? We'll be able to investigate a lot more effectively once we have the hands.

the problem that i have facing this issue is that i cant find any 6max filter according to the table(full, SH, HU) and the limit of the game. I can only chose "2-6 players at the table" but if i' m at a full ring table where 3-4 players left the hand will be incorrectly shown.

f.e. previously

xxxNL (5max)
xxxNL (2max)
etc

sorted the hands according to the table not the number of players.

Not a huge problem but you could look into it.

Played some on ongame and pt3 is showing a significantly better result in terms of wins/losses than my account balance is

In the ongame folder it only lists 3 days i played, yet pt3 is able to show me hands on a 4. date that isnt present, not sure where they take this info from.

Could this be because pt3 isnt reading the hand historyfiles right, or isnt ongame giving me the hand historys, or are they not returning my funds after leaving a table? I think i have played more hands than what is logged. Worried..

This happened to me too. I seem to be missing a lot of hands on auto import, mostly hands with big pots i think, because the discrepancy is big sometimes.

Please attach the original hand history file(s) which give the problem and explain exactly what is wrong so that we can investigate.

whats up with the table tracker for omaha at ongame.

I don't know when Omaha support will be added for OnGame (or other sites) in TableTracker - I'll see what I can find out.

I'm told that Omaha support is on the list to be added but we do not yet have a timescale for it.
