Done #81705

Have to admit it lags a lot less than it used to, but while 4-tabling is still impossible to see stats preflop, and quite often even postflop. Thank you for the help.

I am now using beta 30.5 and a specific DB for Rush Hands. Also, I've done housekeeping on the DB before playing.

Since the ticket I submitted a few days ago was with beta 30.3, I'll submit a new one, if that's ok with you.Thx

Same problem. I have a top of the line computer too. Quad intel i7 920 @ 2.67GHZ processor, 9GB RAM, Radeon 4870 Graphics card, Hitachi 7200 SATA 1TB hardrive.

Before Beta 30.5 came out I has having no issues with the HUD lagging, but for some reason the FT client software itself was very slow to the point of being nearly unplayable. Now since installing Beta 30.5, the FT client is working normally again (nearly) but the HUD lags so much that it is essentially as useless as it was the day RUSH poker came out.

I just created a new database that has only RUSH hands. Just 25,000 hands total in this database. Now the HUD is keeping up great, but the FT software is starting to perform poorly again. Also its confusing how I was able to use my main database with millions of hands for RUSH poker using PT3 beta 30.4, but it was not possible with Beta 30.5. Also I'm confused about the relationship between the performance of the FT client software and the PT3 software. Seems the more the HUD is keeping up the worse the performance of the FT software. :?

My experience is similar... the FT client very quickly slowed down to a crawl to the point of being useless when PT3/HUD were running.

Please report all of this information in your tickets with the appropriate logs. That is the only way we can see what is going on while you play.

I'm trying to make a support ticket but apparently there is a text limit for the message.
Here's my ticket and the message I was trying to send https://www.pokertracker.com/support/ti ... t_id=81775

When I'm playing rush poker hud stats will not show up for people who I know I have hands on. Often stats for regulars who I have 500+ hands on will not show up but stats for people who I have <50 hands on will show up. It is not based on lag, I can play a hand to the river and the stats will still not show up, if it doesn't appear in the first 5 seconds then it won't appear ever. In this log I noticed that stats for DiamondShauro, who I had hands on before I started the session, did not show up at least once. There were other players whose stats did not show up but I didn't keep track of them all. Thanks in advance for your help.

It was the < that was cutting off your message. I've corrected it and already responded to your ticket. We'll handle the rest there.

Thanks for the bug report!
