So if i do a complete reinstall after first uninstalling may that fix my problem?

Wiating for a reply from support is like waiting for that particle accelerator thing to blow up the world, you just don't know if it's going to happen.

I wouldn't really expect a re-install to remove the lag, but if you want to give it a go make sure you have a backup of your database (and preferably of the hand histories too) first. See the end of the Database / Postgres FAQ for how to do this.

To fully re-install see this thread:Total uninstall/reinstall of pt3.
Note: if the PT3 with postgres install works for you (which it should in most cases), there is no need to install postgres manually.
