its impossible to multitable while tables popping up even if they are not overlapping. When you are writing a betsize or a note on players tables keep popping up and its just unplayable. Basicly i cant use PT3 if this is not fixed and it is no use for me without the hud. So is there really nothing to do to fix this and in what time?

cheers, Ari

That was the date when the error was reported and still nothing. Are you even trying? Be honest.

Did you actually read Josh's post?
I'm sure this will be addressed at some point, but it's not a high priority at the moment.

Josh wrote:At this point, there's no immediate solution to this problem. Since PT3 does not have this problem with other sites, something OnGame does is causing this problem. Unfortunately, they are deciding to blame the problem on us (though this problem does not occur with other sites).

To work around this problem would require dedicating significant resources to the problem, and we unfortunately cannot afford that at this time. We will revisit this in the future, but for now, please try to avoid playing with overlapped windows so when they popup, it does not result in a misclick.

There is the same problem on Everest... so it is not correct say that is only an OnGame problem.
I have submitted 3 tickets with log files for different problems, but in any of this there is also this "steal pop-up" problem, so you have plenty of log files to work on.
Please, don't give up on this because is a real pain playing in this way, thank you.

No, we won't give up on it, but I don't think it will be a quick fix.

Not sure I can go along with the implication, that your software not working correctly for thier site is somehow Ongame's fault.

It is something we will look into further, but it is not our current top priority.
