Well, I think a month is far to long to be waiting for some assistance with a software issue. My trail period is getting ready to end shortly here. I was just getting ready to purchase when this happened. If I am expected to wait a month, then I will just go give my hard earned money to "Holdem Manager" instead.

Hope a solution comes through before the end of my trail period.

I've bumped your ticket up to high priority and you should receive a response today. Your ticket was assigned to Josh, our lead developer, who is at the top of the food chain therefore he is currently swamped with tickets. I have moved it back to S2 with instructions on how to proceed.

Hello, If i want, i have the same problem under Windows XP SP3, after the upgrade build v3. Before it work fine. After lauching PT3 if i clic Tournament tab or clic setting for configuraing my preference the program freeze and the CPU grow to 100%. If you want help me.

for your information I reinstalling both program PostgreSQL and PT3 the problem continu

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
