Have you updated to Beta 30.7?
The issue your ticket is linked to is marked as resolved and you had an automated notification to it on February 20th.
If you still have problems please update your ticket.

i have not created a ticket but im having a similair issue, no hud for hero, i have a big database of nearly 8 mil hands, also I do not get to see the mucked cards, nor do other player HUDs update each hand. Yet my graphs and reports update as normal.

Please do create a ticket and attach your log files - the more data we can get on this issue the easier it will be for us to pin down and get resolved.
