PT can't connect to registration server

I have the same problem , I have turned off my firewall, and I have also added the exceptions that are in FAQ but I havent fixed anything...I havent changed anything in my computer

my pt3 still cant connect with registration server. "pokertracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product"
