HUD Not Starting

hud also not working. running 3.11.5, have downloaded and installed 3.11.7 several times but when i open pt3 it still says I'm running 11.5.

no idea what to do

I watch in my PT3 v3.11.7 and it doesnt work, fuck, im scared.

Close PT3 completely and close your poker clients. Then run the 3.11.7 installer and restart PT3 and it should say 3.11.7 then and everything will work properly.

i'm dling pt-install-v3.11.7-dmg, I'm running the installer and following the process, message comes up saying successfully installed, i click my pt3 icon and same 'version 3 11.5 beta' comes up at top of pt3

Try rebooting and then running the installer. If that doesn't work drag PokerTracker from Applications to the Trash and then run the installer.

same here,using IMAC , it says cannot import HH ,format is wrong. i open the file(which is .txt) and everythings appear to be correct. what shall i do??? oh stars obv

bug fixed by install the beta version 3.11.7

updateting to 3.11.7 helps me with hud but I have other problem:
my hands are not updated (auto import)...
anyone have a similar problem?

Yep, same problem here since latest PS update.

HUD not showing and hand imports not working. Although they land in the processed directory, they aren't actually tracked properly. When manually specifying the processed directory and rerunning the import it says "unrecognized file format".

Running PokerTracker: Version 3.11.6 beta.

I believe there is an update, but if it just fixes the HUD that isn't the only issue.
