PT Beta 11 HUD still disappearing

i got the same problem
it works for hundred hands and then stas begin to disappear
i am multitabling on PS

i'm having the same problem on FT while muil table 4 table.


if i go to confgure hud,cash,hud op then apply it comes back on for a little while

Here is screen shot of SNG table with Poker Tracker 11 open and importing( note symbol in upper right). HUD boxes have disappeared. This happened repeatedly during this game. My wife used it earlier today for over 2 hrs on a MTT tournament on our other computer, with no problems. I have Vista on my laptop; my wife was using our desktop with Windows XP.

Submitted a log of it happening while playing just one table. Happened about 30 minutes into a MTT tournament (I had restarted PT3 just before playing the tournament).

Here is a screenshot (from 2 or 3 hands after the log)



As you can see, for me I just lose stats for 2/3 of the players at the table. 2 or 3 players' stats usually survive. Doing the "configure statistics" "apply" brings it back temporarily.

Update: It seems to happen most often just after the blinds increase

I have same problem single tabling on stars in micro limit cash game. Reset solves problem temporarily. I have not closed PT3 since in occurred so files may be in different form and more useable. If you will tell me what to do to capture the information you need I will be glad to.

I AM SPENDING MORE TIME CLICKING RESET AS HUD DISAPPEARS AFTER ALMOST EVERY HAND... AND WHEN IT DOESN'T DISAPPEAR, IT IS NOT UPDATING... THIS IS STARTING TO COST ME MONEY!

PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM FIRST! please! (at least then I will have good and active stats on table)

PS - is it not possible to sort posts by date-descending (latest post first) and not have to resort every time... this is especially a problem for threads with 3 pages of posts.
