I've got the same problem- when playing both at Stars and OnGame the hud disappears at the ongame client... if I stop the autoimport and then activate it again the hud appears just for 1-2 hands and disappears again after that... I found it's not a solution :?


Do you have all of your browser windows closed when playing? You cannot have any other flash windows open with clients like OnGame and Bodog. Also you should keep your Flash software up-to-date as these poker clients rely heavily on Flash.

I don't remember but I'll take a try.
I think that's not the problem, because when I'm playing only at OnGame I'm using sharkscope in my browser and there are not any problems... it occurs when playing at Poker Stars and Ongame at one and the same time. (or maybe u mean the browser will be the problem when playing at both sites... I'll try and will write back again)

Then could you please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem with your log files now that you've upgraded? And once you've submitted those logs please PM me your ticket number so that we can try and get this expedited for you.

Will the problem with the hud not working when playing multiple sites be fixed soon. The hud works for me when only playing a mtt on ongame but not when playing on other sites as well.

My HUD whilst playing an MTT on betfair keeps disappearing behind the table. Is there anyway to stop this? I do have Pokerstars running at the same time.

I wouldn't expect to see problems with the updated OnGame software - Betfair have updated to the new Java client and I wouldn't expect the old client to still work but I guess it's possible that your software hasn't updated for some reason. Are the hand histories now being written to C:\Users\yournameP5JavaClientSettings\handhistory?

Please check that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card too, as out of date drivers can also cause this kind of problem.

hello,
i just installed betfair's client. And i can't locate any HH directories. Do i have to sit @ the table? I only have expirience with everleaf -their i had to enable the HH to be written to disk. But hear i can't even find any option like this.... Please advise.

Please follow the OnGame Configuration Guide to make sure you have everything set up. You will not get hand histories until you start playing, so there will be nothing for PT3 to import.
