We've fixed quite a few things in Beta 23, but I don't know if this is one of them; give Beta 23 a try and see if it works better for you.

I'm not sure there's more we can do; PT3 does everything it can to keep the table from popping up. We're going to keep looking into it, though.

My case totally fits Your refund policy.
There is PT3 bug, that don't allows me to use it. And it will not be fixed.
I buy PT3 directly through original website and so on.

I was asked by someone from the development team to test this a couple of weeks ago, and if I turn off the setting in OnGame so that the tables shouldn't come to the front then they don't come to the front - even with PT3's HUD running.
