Changed the directory, but hands will not load.

I am getting a multiple error code as follows:-

Betfair: Error: Unexpected beginning of hand history

I reverted back to the original directory to no avail. The hands seem to be saving in the directory that PT3 is looking for them but for some reason it isn't detecting the file, weird

Please report your problem and include the hand history file(s) that aren't importing.

Is HUD going to work on Mac in new Ongame? (I assume Ongame has new version for Mac too, but I didn't check).

If the window title bug is fixed, it will work right away. Unfortunately I'm not able to test that so I can't say for certain whether that issue has been fixed or not.

As far as I'm aware there isn't a new version of the OnGame software for Mac yet, although hopefully once the Windows version is fully rolled out they will address that.

In the meantime, though, the browser version now writes hand histories and the HUD works with that on Mac.

I'm playing on Heypoker with their new javaclient. All was fine yesterday with 3.10 - found the directory and imported hands, no problem. So I updated to 3.11.1 mainly in order to fix the hud overlap when tables overlap...ok, that's gone. However, PT3 imports the hands and assigns them date 1/1/1970. My PC date is fine, when I open the handhistory.txt it also reads " Start hand: Wed May 25 22:23:22 EEST 2011".

EDIT: oh, there's one more thing. Apparently split pot counts as a LOSS, for both players...

Have you attached the original hand history for that hand to a support ticket? If not, could you please do so?

No. First time I post here, thought this seems to be a client-wide issue, that's why I posted it here...

I haven't seen a report of behavior like this recently; please do submit the hand to a support ticket so that we can investigate further.
