I hope that this will help! I play on heypoker (ongame) and when I start a hud there is some application error:


"The application encountered an unexpected problem and was forced to terminate.
(boost::filesystem::remove: Process can't obtain access to the file, because it is being used by another process)"



and it crashes also when I play only one table

I have same issue on Eurobet. However when I multitable it can work for a while and then it crashes.

Hi,

for me PT3 works fine until i close a table. If i close a table P5 crashes immediately.

HM is not OK with OnGame - the same problem occurs with the OnGame software if you use any tracker. I understand that they have a partial workaround which seems to help a few people, but affects how the HUD works (I don't know the details).

ok sorry, but we can not use tracker software with ongame in the future? It is not good for me and for you, and for all ongame players who use PT.

Hopefully we can, but we haven't found the workaround yet, and we haven't heard that OnGame are going to fix their software either.

HI, I solved this problem! You should donwgrade Flash player from version 10.1 to 10.0 and Adobe Air to version 1.5. But after that when you close any table it will crash again. Fortunatelly you will be able to play more than 1 table at once with PT3 HUD. I have Holdem Manager too and whole problem is solved there by tick "Force Ontop".

I downloaded these, but if I have 2 tables or more + HUD, then no good...
It's horrible, I can't play 2 or 3 days ago.
I think so I buy HM.
Bad business for PT.

Hi,
Can we hope a solution in the next few days (2-3)? I dont wanna be pretentious, but for me its a big deficit, as poker is my job. My main bankroll is at bwin, and i cant play succesfull without HUD. Two or three days rest is ok, but no more. I hope the technical gruop can solve this problem soon, and we can be satisfied users in the future as well.
