I added some more HH's in 122833. If these are all due to Merge, thanks for taking a look. I'm certainly not playing anymore until this is figured out though.

They have admitted that some hand histories are written improperly where the player's stack size as written does not match their actual stack size. We do the best we can with the information we get - and I believe that they have now fixed this bug so it was only present for a couple of days.

We will look at the other hands you've uploaded and see if there is anything we can do.

Kraada- I'm sorry to be a pest, I've been reading through all these forum posts, and still today, I can't even get the HUD to pop up any more. Before Carbon's update, I got the following error message:
Merge: Unable to import hand (#...). Reason:

Today, I got the following:
Merge: Unable to import hand (#...). Reason: Invalid limit (0/6//2012 NL) for hand #5671144100901.

I was playing at a 4NL table, so I can't figure out why that would be an issue.

I'm truly sorry, I would have thought I might figure it out by now.

My Hud is not lining up correctly with the players following the update. Now the seats are not lined up, and the HUD for a few seats is overlayed with the player name so it is hard to see the stats. How do I fix this?

That suggests that you're not using the latest version of PT3. Please update to v3.13.7 Beta from the Download page.

Please read the "Troubleshooting" section of the Tutorial: Preferred Seating - that should sort things out for you whether you use preferred seating or not.

I don't use preferred seating though. I have the setting to be off in both my PT3 and in my poker client, but it still isn't lining up correctly. What should I do?

Why isnt the 'treat as...' button available anymore? For some reason PT3 recognizes some of my 6max tables but not others...

All you should need to do is drag the stats to the correct positions and PT-icon > Save Layout, but the tutorial has other things to check too if you're still having problems.

Merge now include the table size in their hand histories so the correct table size can be imported and therefore Treat As is not needed. If you have a 6-max session which is not imported as (6 max) please compress the hand history file and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
