This issue does affect HEM too - I understand that they have a partial workaround (which I think removes some HUD functionality, although I haven't used it myself) but it doesn't solve the problem for everyone.
PT3 doesn't use Flash or Air directly, and the problem is with the OnGame software, NOT directly with PT3 (or HEM).

We are looking for a way to work around this, but really if the OnGame software is now crashing after they updated, and neither tracker software changed, then what we really need is a fix from OnGame.



They wont seem to do that.

Please note that we had a new client release yesterday that supports Flash player version 10.1. The freezing problem seems to be that the 3rd party software, possibly PokerTracker in this case, currently does not support this newer version of Flash.

Furthermore, as PokerTracker (or other 3rd party software) is not owned and supported by Ongame Network, you will be required to contact the 3rd party software for further assistance in this matter.


So keep up working PockerTracker crew, I enjoy PokerTracker, I hope u will get it working as soon as possible.

DO NOT downgrade Adobe Air. The problem is not solved by doing it. The problem occured again when I closed an ended tournament table.

Im trying an older version of adobe flash from here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html

I've uninstalled the 10.1 Flash upgrade and Air 2, and installed Air 1.5 and see the same behaviour as you guys.
While the table windows are open everything runs fine.
When I close a table the ONGAME software freezes - PT3 remains responsive and I'm able to continue to use it.

Unfortunately poker sites' support always tend to react like that whenever a 3rd party application is mentioned - yes, the problem is being triggered by using a tracker with their software (either PT3 or any other), but the freeze is happening after an update to their software and with the trackers unchanged.
PT3 doesn't use Flash or Air - all we do is display information over their table windows.
Downgrading Flash and Air doesn't fix the problem, so it doesn't seem to be related to:

I haven't had chance to try stopping the auto import before closing a table window yet, but I suspect that will avoid the problem, as suggested above.

So you are telling that we must wait for another Ongame update, and hope that it fix this problem? Because accroding to your earlier posts it looks like...

We're actively looking to see if there's anything we can do to fix this on our end, but given that the problem is with more than just us and we don't actually use the features they're blaming it on. . . it's not certain there will be something we can do on our end.

I have the same freezing(HUD problem) in poker.gr (P5) when multitable

Lets not be silly about this, it is not onGame's responsibility to make sure your software doesn't crash theirs is it really ? You need to find a fix or take onGame off your list of compatible poker rooms so people are not deceived. I use PokerTracker on onGame and only on onGame, do I get my money back ?

I second this. I use PT3 only with ongame, I can't play today because Ongame client crashes permanently and I loosing money.
I think you should fix it ASAP or provide people with refunds.

I playing only OnGame sites, but I can't use PT.
I would like come back my money from PT if you don't have update.
