You beat me to the post :)

Make sure you export the affected sessions are purged then reimported to get the proper date and fix any split pot issues. The previously imported hands will not be fixed otherwise.

If you still have any problems after reimporting in 3.11.2, please let me know.

yeah, of course I purged and reimported and as I said i'm not sure what's wrong with the split pots - in the sessions/hands tab - it appears as a loss, at the same time my total winnings match the increase in my account. Might be just the display, I might sum it up hand by hand if i'm not too lazy one of those days to check it out.

P.S. OF course I beat you to the post, I got the email from the support :P

You often lose some small amount of money on split pots due to rake if the pot was mostly heads up.

Consider this:

A pot of $100 with $3 in rake. You were in the big blind and your opponent was in the small blind. You both contributed $50 each to the pot. You split the pot. There is $100 - $3 = $97 to split, so you each get $48.50 back - a loss of $1.50 each. If instead of being in the blinds you were neither in the blinds but the blinds both folded preflop and contributed $1.50 to the pot you would both lose $.75.

These losses shouldn't be big though and as more players get involved they should vanish.

I dont know if this problem has been posted yet.

I play on two ongame skins and only one skin is imported into the tracker depending on where I play the first hand. It seems that the other handhistories are lost.

It sounds like you have both hand history folders configured OK, so that hands import from both sites separately?
Is this when you're playing at two OnGame skins at the same time? (I'm amazed that they allow that - most networks only allow you to use one client skin at a time.)
Are hand history files being written for both when you play like this? (With or without PT3)

Yes, the problem appears when I play at both skins at the same time. Before the update, every skin had its own hand history folder and now it seems like this is one folder for all skins. As I said only the HH from the first skin I play are imported and it appears that the HH from the second skin dont exist at all, because I am unable to import them later.

If the hands are not written we can't import them - can you find them anywhere on your system?

That sounds like the OnGame software getting a bit smarter to me - I suspect playing at more than one OnGame skin at once may be against their terms, although I haven't looked that up. Alternatively, it could be that the first client to write there locks the folder for writing, meaning that the other client can't access it. Either way, if the files aren't written then there is nothing for PT3 to import.

i have the same problem. ich play 2 skins (a friend of mine does for over 1 year, so its not forbitten). if i play skin1, it creates a handhistory0.txt and handhistory0.txt.lck. now i start skin2 and let skin1 open. if i play on skin2 it creates handhistory0.txt.1 and handhistory0.txt.1.lck. both files cannot autoimported, but manuell it does. so i miss my HUd on the secondly opened skin, because hands cannot impored immediately. so PT3 autoimport should read *.1 files, which are bassicaly just *.txt files.
