Ongame update

i have the same problem. ich play 2 skins (a friend of mine does for over 1 year, so its not forbitten). if i play skin1, it creates a handhistory0.txt and handhistory0.txt.lck. now i start skin2 and let skin1 open. if i play on skin2 it creates handhistory0.txt.1 and handhistory0.txt.1.lck. both files cannot autoimported, but manuell it does. so i miss my HUd on the secondly opened skin, because hands cannot impored immediately. so PT3 autoimport should read *.1 files, which are bassicaly just *.txt files.

Please enable logging and restart PT3, then play a single table at both sites (together) and attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support ticket along with the hand history files for both tables.

i'm having some interesting issues with HUD and ongame. PT3 is 3.11.2 and obviously i've no idea how to set it up to actually show player stats next to that player! i mean, stats are all around and i'm not using change seat function. so i need to manually move each stats box for each player on every single table. it's kinda annoying already
btw, what's up with that preferred seating under ongame configuration? where's seat 1, effectively?

There is a screenshot in the OnGame section of the Tutorial: Preferred Seating to show you the seat number system. Seat 1 is just above 9 o-clock - the far left - and numbers increase clockwise.

Are you playing cash or tournaments?
In the new version of the OnGame software you are always shown in the bottom seat, so you should enable preferred seating in PT3. If you play full tournament tables that will be seat 8, for instance.
If you play cash tables you are shown in the proper seat so (because you don't use "sit here") so you should disable preferred seating in PT3.

Check the "Troubleshooting" section of the Tutorial: Preferred Seating for how to set things up correctly.

i'm playing cash games, 5 max only. wondering what's gonna happen after tomorrow and their changes to 6 max and 9 max

If you have problems please let us know. If this is going to be a universal change across all OnGame sites then we should be able to update the defaults, but I would expect things to continue working.

I installed the newest beta version of PT3 today and got in trouble.

When I start autoimporting all I get is this:

2011/06/16 18:48:28: OnGame: Unable to import hand (#5151537846176). Reason:

Sometimes it works but 90% of the time it won't import any hands.
Works fine on ipoker though, problem is only with ongame. (surprise)

I've only played MTT so don't know if it works in cash tables.

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.
