I click Pt3 but it didt apear. When i click it again there is a masage that PT is already running! And realy it works as a prosess but i dont see usual PT window! I have latest PostgreSQL 8.3 installed. And it works with Holdem Manager

Do you have a firewall or any other security software preventing PT3 from connecting to check for updates?

TY/ The problem was in my Outpost firewall. Just in case one question - when you will add statistics in replayer?

i have the same problem with the beta5 version, the process is running, but no window is opening (with or without my firewall).

Try rebooting your computer if killing the PokerTracker.exe process and starting it again doesn't help.

Did it several times, the problems remains. (killing the process and restarting PT3 and rebooting) I have to mentioned, that this happens at the moment at work, where a http proxy is used. Could this influence the start of the application?

No, it shouldn't. Can you post the contents of the PokerTracker.log file here?

It should time-out after 5 seconds if it can't connect to the site to check for updates. Is this your first time trying to use PT3, or did earlier versions work?
