HUD and SnGs

I have PT3 beta15 trail version. I play on everest, pokerstars and titan. My HUD works on all sites with ring games, but it doesn´t with SnGs on titan and pokerstars. On everest it works perfectly with Sngs and ring games. What should I do? Thanks for your help.

There's a known issue with Beta 15 and iPoker tournaments, however it should work on PokerStars. Have you got PokerStars client and hand history set to English language?

Yes I have and it works with ring games but not with Sngs!

Are the pokerstars SNG hand histories importing OK?
Are you seeing the PT-icon on the table for the SNG?

Have a look through the How To: HUD Configuration too, and if you still can't get it to work..
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing single SNG and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.
