beta 5 duplicates?

When I was running beta 4 I had about 200K hands recorded, mostly datamined. I've installed beta 5 and reimported all my hand histories, and now it comes up as about 54K hands and 151K duplicates.

The weirdest thing is that NONE of the hand histories are now my own. While the bulk of the hands I have stored for PT are indeed datamined (I was using Poker Office before, which uses MySQL) I do know I should have at least several thousand played hands in the HH folder that I've recorded since using PT3. This would all be on Full Tilt, BTW.

What exactly are the duplicates and why would my db contain so many of them?

Did you create a new database before you did the re-import? (and did you set it to be active/default?)

Yes to both.

Very little changed between beta 4 and beta 5 as far as the import routine goes. If you imported and got 151k duplicate hands, then you were importing into a database that already had hands imported, not a fresh database.
