1. I have been running the trial version of PT3 for 5 days. It has been working fine until last night when I it stopped getting the hand histories and kept displaying the Full Tilt:Warning Encounter Cancelled Hand History (hand #xxxxxxxx).

When I first Start Import it reads a bunch of temporary files from ProgramFiles/FullTilt Poker/HandHistory, and shows a bunch of duplicates.

This morning I tried running it again, and I got the same Warning repeatedly, but it also was reading the hand histories of the table I was on.

2. Also I tried to run beta 17 but was unable. I got this message:
Error opening file for writing
C:programfiles/PokerTraker3/PokerTracker.exe.

1. This happens when it's heads up and one player posts the blind, then the other sits out. The hand does not complete, but is recorded. PT3 simply warns you of this.

2. You need to close PT3 before trying to install the upgrade.
