HUD probs on ipoker

I seem to have a problem with the HUD on ipoker. I normally play 6 max mini view tables x 4 and the HUD is configured for this. It has alsways worked really well. Today i have played 2 normal size tables but the player stats do not appear on the table. All the other stats i have configured show up. When i open the configure HUD screen it states that it is 10 max normal table? Any help appreciated

Do you mean your own 'hero' stats? The other players are OK?
Are these full size tables 6-max as well? Are they being imported as 6-max if you look in the main reports? e.g. the Sessions tab.
Could it be that your own stats are just hidden away in the top left corner of the table because you've never positioned them at this size table before?

The full size tables are 6 max aswell. Not sure if they import as 6 max as I am at work at the moment so cannot check. I have several groups of stats, one of which is 'hero' stats. This is VPIP/PFR only and this is displayed on the table. The other groups of stats are 'table stats' (VPIP/PFR) which shows on the table, 3 bet stats for villians which shows, W$SD which shows. The only group of stats that don't show are 'players stats', VPIP/PFR/AF/CBET/FCBET. Obviously I would like these bad boys to show up as they are the most important! On the group tab I have selected the correct drop down i.e show on table for everyone except hero for the 'player stats'.
The funny thing is when I revert back to the mini table mode and restart the HUD the stats all show up. Also, I sometimes play SNG's on ipoker and use the full size tables and the tournament HUD stats show up correctly.
Help!

The tournament stats are a different set of layouts, so they don't prove anything.
But if that group shows up on mini view cash tables, then it should be there on full size tables too.
Are you sure they're not just hidden behind another group?
If you still can't find them, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

These tables are being imported as FR (10) not 6 max, is that what is causing the problem? Thanks for your help Josh

Have you got the 'adjust qualifying tables limits' option enabled on the auto import tab? This should detect your tables as 6-max, and mean that the HUD will know it's 6-max and show the correct layout.

Yes got that checked now. Still does not display the Player stats, the table is detected as 10 player cash. Looks like im destined for a future on mini tables at ipoker!!

Are the tables detected as 6-max in the main application, e.g. on the Sessions report?
If not, please attach a hand history file for one of these sessions to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Where can I find the Hand History document to send? The only ones I can find are in the processed file, but these are XML documents and it will not allow me to send these
Thanks for your patience in this matter Josh, i am not very computer literate
