no imported hands

Hi,

I just downloaded PT3. I have never used this before so keep that in mind. I followed the instructions and activated PT3, checked the begin auto import from Stars and it indicated that it was importing the hh's. At the end of my session I clicked stop auto import and in the box for hands imported it says 0 hands imported. I followed the instructions to a T so I am not sure what the problem is. Do I need to re-start my computer after I install PT3?

In your PokerStars lobby, go Options->Instant Hand History Options. Make sure that "Save My Hands History" is checked. Also, make note of the directory where the hand histories are being saved.

Now in PokerTracker 3 go to your Import->Auto Import tab. Select 'PokerStars' from the site list then click on the 'PokerStars Configuration' tab on the right hand side. Does the directory listed here identically match the directory listed in your PokerStars client? If not, please click the "..." button and browse to the directory listed in your PokerStars client. Also make sure that "Automatically Start with Auto-Import" is checked.
