PT3 crash

just had a PT3 crash when I did a refresh on the winnings tab. the info that xp wanted to send to microsoft was:

AppName: pokertracker.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: pokertracker.exe
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 000299e8

any other info I'm likely to be able to find to help with this?

PT3 started up ok afterwards.
