auto rate not workig

When i try and auto rate all players, it keeps their icon as a guy in a blue shirt. I am using all default rules except with a 100 hand limit. Am I doing something wrong?

Does the auto rate process run OK?
Please
enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

The only part that seems not to be working is 50c NL hands and lower. All limits are unselected in criteria tab.

So players who have hands at 50c and lower aren't being rated?
