PokerTracker

So I got this error twice tonight, once I was playing about 20 tables and it came up. Then the 2nd time I was just looking through my stats and when I clicked on the vs. Player tab it popped up. Is it something with my computer or Poker Tracker?

What version of PT3 are you using?
You shouldn't be getting any of these kind of errors any more.
If it's not Build 3, please update.
Download and install PT3.

If it is Build 3, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I am using build 3, I will enable logging and see if it happens again tonight when I play.

i also got the same error once or twice in one long session when multitabling 12 tables on stars. Stats still disappeared occasionally as usual. I tried HUD level 1-2 and got even worse. So i feel like its a big problem when playing +8 tables on stars.

Have you tried level 3 as well?
Please find which level works best for you and if you still have trouble, generate logfiles as above.

i got this error again in today's session when multitabling(10 tables) on stars and all stats on the screen disappeared. I tried level 3 and it didnt improve HUD performance at all.
i will enable logging later.
