Table Tracker Subscription: Day 1

Was working fine before the subscriptions started and 12 hours after I had bought the subscription, but now whenever I click on Start Search a box pops up saying there are no tables that match my criteria.

Nothing has changed since it was last working.

I'm having similar problem... mine only shows up about 4 tables but should be about 20-30 results.

Hi Josh. Problem is sorted now, thanks.

Don't want to make another thread, so hopefully you can answer this here, I am having another problem!

Playing 3 tables at the moment, but it only seems to be showing stats on one of them. Do you know how I can correct this. it was working yesterday

Are the hands importing from all the tables?
Check your filters, make sure they aren't preventing stats being shown (for instance if the tables are mostly new players and you have minimum hands set high).

Hi,

It was working with all my tables before my table tracker subscription, then after I bought the subscription it was working with one table, but not on any new tables I opened. When I closed all tables including the only one it was showing stats on it didn't show any stats at all.

The hands are being imported.

There are no filters on, the only one I added was one to the table tracker so only bring up tables where I have more than a certain number of hands. I don't thinkt this should interfere with anything, but I've removed it and it still doesn't work.

I assume you mean after you closed the tables you had open and then opened more and started playing again?

If you didn't change anything else since it was working, and the hands are still importing OK, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
