hey!

ongame made a software update - after 5 years we can rebuy in cg without having to sitting out -

a new problem occured: if HUD is running ongame tables pop-up on action - of course with no smart queueing whatsoever - so popping up terribly dangerously in the middle of other tables action
although in ongame software i chose no popup!

their staff immediately asked if i use 3rd party software

they say that this auto popup happens because of the hud somehow blocking the ongame software's ability to discard popups

pls try to do something about this as it is impossible to multitable safely with crazy popupping:(

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
(If you don't have the problem, do it with 2 tables, and note what time you see the problem)

I have had the same problem for the entire time PT3 has had a HUD that supports Ongame.
I have just been using PT2 + PAHUD for now. However, since a recent Ongame update, PAHUD no longer works either.

I used to have this same problem with PAHUD, but I believe I cured it by disabling Flicker Free Drawing.
PT3 is different, though. I can't figure out how to fix it.

I've noticed that PT3Hud is setting (gaming) window states manually thus interfering with the original 'popup flow'.
This sometimes causes windows to become inresponsive while multitabling.

I am currently testing the PT3Hud at Ongame (since the loved PAHud is currently dead), but failed to intentionally reproduce this bug. This happend also at PokerStars, so it's not an Ongame related issue.

Please keep your fingers from altering the original popup queue, this will get us all trouble.

How fix this problem?

Please provide us with a log file as I suggested above so that we can investigate and get this fixed.

DID you get the log? WHEN will this be fixed? WHY IS EVERYTHING TAKING SO LONG WITH YOUR TEAM?

What is your ticket number?
It will be fixed, but there are other things to be done too - please be patient.
