PokerTracker

I have had PT3 crash 4 times in the last 2 sessions.
The last two times, the box that comes up and says "send error report" or something like that, I have clicked to send the error info to you guys.

Can you tell me what I need to do next?

That is actually a Windows error reporting and you are sending the error report to Microsoft. In the future, you do not need to do this.

The next time that it crashes, please send us your PokerTracker.log file, located in your main PokerTracker 3 directory, via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/qrs]Support system[/urlqrs] so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

I don't know where the pokertracker.log file in the main directory is.

I wouldn't worry too much about this. I'm pretty sure I've fixed the cause of this crash. The next beta will hopefully be out in the next couple of days and you should no longer have a problem.

Do I just need to keep checking back to see when the upgrade is complete?

Just launch PT3 every once in a while... it will notify you when the next release is available.
