Session stats won't auto-refresh when auto-importing hands. it is frustrating to press the refresh-button every time you want to check how you are doing during a session. Could you add auto-refresh option?

This feature is not available as of yet though it has been requested.

One thing you could consider doing though is adding the Amount Won stat to your HUD and then that will update every few hands and you won't need to click the Refresh button to see how you're doing (though it's by table you should be able to get a pretty good idea unless you're massively multitabling).

It looks like this feature is still not working within up to date PT 4. I configured the refresh rate (every hand), but setting PT HUD to SESSION STATS will not auto refresh the stats every hand. Can anyone confirm this bug?

This thread was about reports, not the Hud. The Hud stats should update after every hand (if their value changes), although with session stats turned on live stats don't update (we have that in our system to be fixed).

Are none of your stats updating, or just some? Some players or all?
Check what Hud filters you have enabled - some of those could mean things don't update from time to time too, although the cases would be rare.

oh, sorry...this was the only thread I found using google. Yes, Hud Session Stats do not update unless I go back to LifeTime Stats and then back to Session Stats. I hope this will get fixed, otherwise Session Stats are kind of useless

Questions: When I reset Session Stats (by accident) is there any way to go back to original Session Stat? If not, the Reset should popup a message "Are you sure you want to refresh Session Stat? Yes/No". Even better would be Options:

a) LifeTime Stats
b) Session Stats (Table)
- Reset Session Stats
- Cancel Reset Session Stats
c) Session Stats (Tourney)
- Reset Session Stats
- Cancel Reset Session Stats
d) Session Stats (Overall)
- Reset Session Stats
- Cancel Reset Session Stats

Also note that these options should be available for my personal avatar. When I hover a player, I can apply session stat with just this specific player. When I hover my avatar this option is not available.

What works for now:

1) Set all to LifeTimeStat (e.g. in a tourney)
2) Set those players Sessions Stat by hovering their avatar where you have already recorded like e.g. 100 hands

This will update LifeTime Stats and also updates the particular player's Session Stat...

But a fix should update all Session Stats by using Options->Set all to Session Stats

PS: I Love Pokertracker...it's amazing what you can do to customize the software Great job

Or just set LifeTime Stats and then set all players to Session Stat by hovering each single player hud...this will auto refresh the Session Stats with each player!

Session stats should be updating as hands are importing. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. We'll be able to investigate further more effectively for you once we see your logs.

When I use the Options to enable session stats, they do not update. When I hover a players hud and set session stat there, the hud does update every hand.

Then please create that ticket as explained above so that we can investigate further for you.
