under the import hands tab here are my problems :

pokerstars shows as "Not Running"

Directory Configuration has this msg : "PokerStars is not configured to save hand histories to disk."

i had 0 problems with pt3 beta 5 running on vista and have only encountered these issues today when i upgraded to beta 6.

another issue i have with beta 6 is when i click on filters to filter from a specific date, and i hit apply, it still shows my whole database instead of "from a specific date" like i chose.

Same thing happening for me. Stars listed as "not running", so I cannot auto import.
Having to do a manual import from directory after each session atm.

Are you remembering to click "add selected to filters" before you click apply?

Double-check your PokerStars configuration to make sure it's set to save hand histories. Make sure PT3 is still set to run as Admin.

poker stars configuration still same with saved HH checked. pt3 under the Import/PokerStarsConfigurtaion/Directory Configuration still getting the same msg. "PokerStars is not configured to save hand histories to disk."

There was a Stars update of some type tonight. After the update I got the same message from PT3. The configuration on the import tabs showed a blank folder for where the hand histories would be found. Since there is an issue with AHK HUD, I suspect you are both reading some type of configuration or INI file in the Stars directory that got changed with this last update.

I'll take a closer look at this and get it fixed.
