Do you have OnGame installed in English?

Are you using Vista?
Are you running both PT3 and OnGame as Administrator? Right click the shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator'. This is different to being logged in as an Administrator.

Is this for all tables, or specific ones?
Do they have any non-standard characters in their names?

I am running vista, but HUD was working with some beta before, but problem was that hands stopped importing so I installed other version.
It happens to all tables, no matter of name.
Ill try run as admin and report back.

The HUD on OnGame is not working with me neather. Beta 23 and I'm running XP.

The hands are importing just fine.

Same problem here, just installed beta23, nothing else has changed and HUD won't start on Ongame

Are the hands auto-importing correctly?
Do you see the PT-icon on your tables?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

same here, just pathetic, each update makes things that worked dont work

just switched back to build 3 again (amazingly this was the solution that support gave me on the ticket on beta22) at least hud works often on there

Please make sure to update your ticket to note that Beta 23 doesn't fix your issue, so that we know the problem is ongoing and we make sure it gets fixed.

im tired of saving and uploading logs (the development team should do this, for a fee even I would do it) and in the end get no answer from support except to switch to the version of 2-3 months ago, of course without the new sites

next time i don't have hud working (i guess next update when im so stupid to think "oh, new version, im sure they fixed it and works now" but it never does) i will just switch to HM, im really fed up of all this

Same problem here, but it's kinda wierd :
Yesterday I updated to beta 23, and the hud was working well on OnGame.
But i tried today, and impossible to get those stats on table...
