Problems with the AUTO import

Hello. I posted a few days back that I couldn't import hands. I did the manual import and it worked (and still does work fine as I have manually imported lots of old hand histories with no probelems at all).

However, I am having major issues with the auto import function. Here is what happens when I auto import. (and my PT3 is on Run as Administrator)

On other databases I created that PT3 DB does not exist shows up on multiple areas of my pokertracker (including cash games player list and others). However, this DB I created fully works with the exception of the auto import function.

Please help.

Thanks

On the auto import tab, click on your database, and click on the drop down and c hoose "[Current Active Database]" and try auto importing then and see if that works (it should).

I just started getting this

Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3 DB). Reason: server closed the connection unexpectedly This probably means the server terminated abnormally before or while processing the request.

I have problems with the auto import (+HUD) in Ongame.

I am currently playing at Betsson poker (Ongame) and when I use the Auto detect in the OnGame auto configuration window, pt3 only finds databases from Stryyke poker (Ongame) and Hollywood poker (Ongame), but no databases from Betsson. Well, I can surely add Betsson databases manually, no problem.

When I start the Auto Import, the following happens:

2008/12/26 23:51:49: Auto-Import beginning
2008/12/26 23:51:49: OnGame: Starting auto-import.
2008/12/26 23:51:49: OnGame: Found 0 files to monitor.
2008/12/26 23:51:58: OnGame: Loading hand history file: C:\Program Files\Betsson\Resources\Databases\User11628847Statistics.db

Import statistics allways 0 hands, errors 0.
And also I haven't been able to use HUD either.

I was able to manually import hands from Betsson at least in October, and in the beginning of November, but lately there was some problems with manual import too and I have been just too lazy to doo anything about this problem.

I have tried this with all the pt3 betas and I do have the latest beta 23 now in my computer. I haven't tried with other sites in Ongame yet, maybe I should, but however my pt3 should also work with betsson, so what should I do?

DJ,

Go to the Auto Import tab, click on On Game on the left and OnGame Configuration on the right and click "Clear Databases Now" -- this will clear your OnGame databases and won't harm your PT3 data, and should get the auto import working properly again.
