Tournament players not loading

HI

PT, latest version, Laptop, Win Vista.

Worked perfectly untill last week. PT wont load my tournament players anymore. Waited 30 minutes a few times and wanted to type a name in search box but then it freezes.

No problem with cashplayers or hands...

Can't think of anything I might have changed...

Any suggestions?

Did you play in the big PokerStars tournament? If so, the sheer quantity of tournament players might be slowing things down for you. We're working on fixing the "purge players without hands" part of the selective purge to remove players from tournaments that have summary information available and likely once you purged those extra players things would go back to normal.

Yes, I was one of those 35.000.

Any news? Got the latest update but still can't access my tournament hands or players...

In the next version (due for release sometime this week, I think) only players for whom you have hands in the database will be included in the Player List. This should significantly improve performance of the Tournaments tab.

Are you now using Beta 25?
This should only show player for which you have hands imported (not those with just results imported from summaries).
