Duplicate player entries (hero)

I have a user account on PartyPoker that we will call "MC". PT3 created a duplicate user account of "MC" for TitanPoker which does not exist. This happened maybe 2 weeks ago or so. I discovered this under "Find Player" tab by accident. When displaying tourney summaries some of my PartyPoker tourney summaries do not exist under "MC" PartyPoker but have been changed to "MC" TitanPoker. Yesterday a second duplicate of "MC" PartyPoker was created with 1 summary attached to it. I want to fix this problem but don't want to make it worse myself. I am using Windows XP SP2 and beta 23.

Do these duplicate players have hands and tournaments associated with them?
You can use Selective Purge (Database -> Database Management -> Purge) to remove those sessions and try re-importing them.
If they import incorrectly again please attach the hand histories to a ticket on the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
You'll be able to remove the incorrect player, but let's see if we can get the hands imported correctly first.
