build 4.00

I have been a long time user of pokertracker, and have had a registered version of PT3 since it was released basically. Today i downloaded build 4.00 and apparently i cant use it anymore because my program isnt registered... WTF????
I need this program to work, because this is my job man, but i have now wasted an hour trying to get it to work!
I put in my registration code that i used originally but apprently it cannot connect with the server...? What is going on and how can i fix it??????

I'm facing the same problem but it hasn't solved itself. What am I doing wrong?

I am experiencing the same problem. Updated to build 4. Now saying I have to activate. Please advise.

Try making sure that your firewall is disabled then attempt to register again.

If that fails, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to register one more time. It will fail, but it will create a log file we can use to manually generate a license file for you. Please attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket and we'll get that sorted out for you.
