I just recently upgraded to 3.00 b4. The upgrade seemed to work fine. Afterwards, I imported some Stars tourney summaries. Those seem to be processed fine as well. But now, I dont seen any data in my Tournaments tab. I just see "Loading.." where the players should be listed. The Cash Game info is correct.

Ideas? Anybody else see this issue?

Same problem here - just upgraded to 3.0b4. The Tourney data does not populate, and in my case the program freezes up and has to be force shut down.

How many tournament players do you have? If you have a lot of players it can take a while.
Did you run full housekeeping to make sure the database is in good order and the cache is up to date? You should do this after updating to Build 4.

If it still doesn't work for you after that, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Make sure you leave it to run for a long time.

Same issue for me as well. I ran housekeeping immediately after and am still getting this issue.

Could you please submit those logs as well? It would help us figure out what is going on for you.

I reran housekeeping again and everything came up.

Cool. Running housekeeping again worked for me also.

So I spoke too soon. I ran another import and now the same issue happens. The data isnt displayed. My main issue now is that the housekeeping isnt fixing it because I have let it run for a couple of hours and it is still on the clustering phase. I had to use task manager to kill PT. BTW, I am running on Vista. Please help. Thanks.

How do I attach a log file? I have a log for the tourney data hanging, but dont see anything explaining the Housekeeping issue.
