Problems w/ Installation

I am having trouble installing PT3. I have tried three times and gotten the same error each time. I am using Vista and have set PT3 to run as admin, as was suggested.

This is the error I got from the log: (programfiles/postgresql/8.3/tmp or something)

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application

You will need to install PostgreSQL 8.2.6 manually. If you have any questions on how to do this, please reply in the linked thread and I will gladly assist you.
