hi could u help with poker tracker having trouble wit it wen it comes to using it 4 pokerstars could u give me a quick step by step please ty

Are you using PokerTracker 2 or PokerTracker 3?

For PT3:

In your PokerStars lobby, go Options->Instant Hand History Options. Make sure that "Save My Hands History" is checked. Also, make note of the directory where the hand histories are being saved.

Now in PokerTracker 3 go to your Import->Auto Import tab. Select 'PokerStars' from the site list then click on the 'PokerStars Configuration' tab on the right hand side. Does the directory listed here identically match the directory listed in your PokerStars client? If not, please click the "..." button and browse to the directory listed in your PokerStars client. Also make sure that "Automatically Start with Auto-Import" is checked.
