hi! a few days ago i bought some ongame hands from hand hq. Manually imported them everything went okay, but the pt3 see all hands as full ring ($1 NL) not shorthanded ($1NL 5max). Can I set up to see these hands as 5max?

If you enable the 'Adjust Qualifying Tables Limits' option on the Auto Import tab then they should be recognized as 5-max.
Note: to re-import them you will need to purge them before you re-import.
Tutorial: Selective Purge

If not, please zip (select, right click > Send To Compressed Folder) and attach a few of the files to a Support ticket , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Can you specify how this works? the session is deleted when I purge it, right?

Also I can't find my old HH that I need to re-import.

Yes, purging deletes the hands from the PT3 database.
The hand history files will probably have been moved to the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder, but if you can't find them there you can export the hands from PT3 before you purge them.
