Table Tracker on ipoker

Hi Everyone

Think I must be doing something wrong here but I am having a problem with the table tracker on ipoker. I have two databases setup one that I use on Pokerstars and one that I use on ipoker. When I make my Pokerstars database active and default, the table tracker searches the Pokerstars tables fine and tells me whatr tables have players on that I have stats on. When I change the active database to my ipoker database it seaches for the tables fine but always tells me that "There were no players found that have statistics in the Database". I don't know iof it is perhaps looking at the wrong database somehow but I have been though the settings and can't find how you would change this, or is it something else totally. Can anybody help me wioth this?

Cheers

TT searches using the databases you've configured your HUD to read from, so click Configure --> Configure HUD and go to the HUD Options tab and make sure both databases are checked there. Then your search should complete successfully.

Hi, thanks for the reply but I have selected both databases in my HUD and it still does not find the players who are in my database sat at any tables - even though when I go to the tables they are on it shows their stats fine. Could it be something to do with the problem the table tracker currently has?

There were recent upgrades to FTP and Party which caused problems but I've been told those issues will be resolved today.

iPoker should be working properly. Are you sure you are selecting the proper limit? $100NL is $50/$100 no limit, not $.5/$1 no limit and $.5/$1 is limit, not NL.

Yes. It finds the tables and shows things like the average stack at the table but does not tell me if anybody from my database is on the table and therefore does not show things like average VP$IP as it does not find the players in the database.

We're seeing things work properly on our end.

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to search one more time, then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket and reference this thread. Once we have the log we'll be able to look more in depth at what could be causing this for you.
