PokerTracker

After the update to 3.00 beta 28.2 the hud does'nt work anymore. Handimport seems to work normal.
Restarting the computer and a full housekeeping was of no help.. When closing PT3 the app crashes:

AppName: pokertrackerhud.exe
AppVer: 3.0.1.2802
ModName: pokertrackerhud.exe
ModVer: 3.0.1.2802 Offset: 00021461

I tested Party Poker and IPoker.
Help would be very much appreciated.

Exact same thing happened to me, but on PokerStars, plus it used 100% CPU. Had to re-install 28.1 to get it to work normal.

The 28.2 version I downloaded was after the msg by Josh re the hotfix you uploaded of it.

Could you create a log file from 28.1 and submit a support ticket and ask them to forward it to me? Also include how many tables you normally play. Thanks.

Having a similar problem with Pokerstars. At first had no HUD. Restarted the PT app and HUD started up but with only zeros in every stat. Interestingly the show mucked cards after showdown feature works properly.

What version did you upgrade from?

Did you run housekeeping?
If that didn't help please enable logging and reproduce the problem by playing a short session on a single table.

Hm, why do you need from 28.1? It works fine, its 28.2 that doesn't work...

You can get it here, but please submit a bug report so that we can figure out what is causing the problem for you and get it fixed.

After a lot of trouble, thanks to the damn F-Secure software, I finally got everything into working order. Now I seem to have the exact the same problem. My hud worked with the older version, briefly, as long as I booted. Now, with things working, I tried playing 4 orbits at Eurobet (P5), as well as q quick sit 'n go at Party Poker, and I'm not seeing any stats either. For now, I might go back to 28.1. Do I just install right to the folder where PT3 is located?
