HUD takes a lot of processor resources in beta 28.2

After upgrade PT3 to beta 28.2 my computer became very slowly. FullTilt client was really slow. HUD process was taking about 50% of processor. I rolled back to beta 28.1 and it started working as usual.
I do full database maintenance daily. OS - Windows XP (under wmware on Mac).
Did anyone experience this?

Never mind, I found a reply to other post about this. I re-downloaded beta 28.2 and it works normally now.

Re-downloading Beta28.2 didn't help me at all, PT uses 100% of CPU, there's no HUD on the tables,
and also PT doesn't want to close properly, I have to kill the process in the task manager
Going back to Beta28.1.

Dan,

Could you please submit logs of your poor 28.2 performance? They'll help us pin down what could be causing this so that we can get it fixed.

OK, something's really wrong with the HUD process in Beta28.2. Since the lag makes it totally unplayable
I ran a 10 minutes long observing session on 2 tables, grabbing HH with FreePHG.
Here are some key observations:
1. The CPU usage for the HUD process jumped to 50-70% right after clicking Begin Auto-Import, with the Party client
NOT EVEN STARTED AT THIS POINT.
2. It took the HUD about 2-3 minutes to appear on one of the tables, lagging incredibly and refusing
to refresh when swtiching profiles.
3. After another 2-3 minutes the HUD appeared on a second table, while disappearing on the 1st.
The same horrible lag and refusal to refresh when swtching profiles.
4. After clicking End Auto-Import, the HUD goes on living its own life, the CPU usage for the HUD process stays in the same
50-70 % interval, even though the Party client has been closed by this time.
5. The HUD process is still seen in the task manager and is still using CPU resources EVEN AFTER CLOSING PT!!!

I submitted a ticket # 62147.

Since upgrading to beta 28.2 I am having processor issues too.

When playing on FT, the machine now struggles with more than 3 tables open.

Is there a downgrade available as I had no issues before... I don't have a fantastic spec computer but everything worked fine with the last version.

Actually, I take it back. HUD does takes a lot of processor resources in beta 28.2 after all.

I logged ticket #62192 for this and attached logs to it.
