Problem beta 28

All functioned very well, but by downloading version 28.2, the hud did not function any more with boss media.
So, I downloaded version 28.3 of pt3 correctly and now pt3 does not want any more s' to open.
my system exploitation is XP.
I had reboot my systme and i re-download beta 28.3 without succes !
I cannot what make?

Please make sure you download Beta 28.3 from the
Download page and that you make sure PT3 is NOT running when you install.

Same problem here. I downloaded the update right now, PT3 not running while installing.
EDIT: didn't try to reboot before installing, I'll let you know.

Same here, PT3 doesn't startup after beta 2.3 upgrade.

28.1 runs fine. 28.2 hud isn't working. 28.3 not working at all.

Everyone, please enable logging, reproduce the problem then send us your PokerTracker.log file so that we can look into the issue. (You will need to enable logging via the method where you cannot start PT3)

How would a person enable logging when the program wont launch after upgrade ??? doesnt the program need to be running or am i missing something ?
