PokerTracker

when i try to open poker tracker three the "thank you for using poker tracker three!" screen pops up, and then the actual database never opens. When I try to open it up again it says that a version of poker tracker three is already running. Mcafee is expired and not running. I have no other anitvirus

Okay, after spending all day turning it off in my task manager and then trying it again i finally got it open, as soon as i closed it again the same problem. 6 days now of trying to get this program to work...

Have you disabled your Firewall? Are you running Windows Vista? If so, are you running PokerTracker as Administrator?

Please create a Support Ticket with your PokerTracker.log file attached with a detailed description of what actions you performed and what you are trying to accomplish and one of support representatives will contact you with a solution. If a solution cannot be resolved through email, we may have to setup a remote assistance installation.
