Can't install again....

alright getting a bit sick of PT3, tried installing it on like 4 different computers and just doesn't install on anything, tried using the tech support forum before to no avail.. anyway I''ll try again since I can't find PT2 anywhere anymore.

I get this as a PostgreSQL problem :
Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3 Beta DB1
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

The log file won't fit here so I dunno how I can put that up

Are you installing the version of PT3 with PostgreSQL? Are you letting PT3 install PostgreSQL for you when prompted? Did you receive any errors during the PostgreSQL install?
