hi,

since the latest build the time of day thats assigned to played hands by PT is wrong. I have checked the ultimate bet handhistories and they give the correct time of day.
I live in time zone utc+1 or CET if that matters at all.

in the latest session this was the timestamp of the first hand that I played: 2009-07-23 18:08:35 (ET)
this is what PT3 assigns: 2009/07/24 00:08
i ended the session at 2009-07-23 22:15:18 (ET) per handhistory
PT§ says: 2009/07/24 04:15

could this have anything to do with AM and PM (as 18:08 ET is 12:08 PM on the east coast of america)? any help would be much appreciated

You are 6 hours different from ET which is GMT-5 so the calculations look OK.
What time did you actually play those sessions local time?

the time in the UB time stamps is the correct local time.

I must be missing something..

You're in CET (central european time) but the hand history times are in ET (eastern time, US) and yet the HH shows the local time you played the hands?

Please enable logging and play a short session on a single table and attach the PokerTracker.log file with the hand history file for the session to a support ticket so that we can investigate.

ah I see where we dont understand each other.

I thought ET meant CET, because the ET time in the HHs is the correct CET time.
so my problem is, that while I ended the above mentioned session at 22:15 CET (Central European Time) PT apparently thought it was 22:15 ET (Eastern Time) and incorrectly added the time difference.

so I guess there must be some problem in the settings of either PT3 or Ultimate Bet (they also recently updated their software).

I just started the logging session and wil send you a ticket shortly. at the moment it seems to me the problem really lies with UB.

Was just about to do this myself! Thanks, the graphs are getting confusing because of this.
