The next time it fails to shutdown, please send us the PokerTracker.log file via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/ei3]Support system[/urlei3] so that we can look into the issue. The log file is located in your main PokerTracker 3 directory. Make sure you send this log file to us BEFORE you restart PT3.
